Here is how to check your credit rating and profile on Metropol CRB.
Access CRB services from Metropol through dialing *433#, crystobol App or Metropol website.
Register with metropol
Pay Kshs 50 as registration fee via paybill number 220388. Enter your ID number as the account number.
You will receive an SMS with your pin detail, Reference number and a link.
Metropol CRB Services Access
After making registration payment, you are able to access your CRB status.
- You can choose to dial *433# enter pin and you will get your statement through an SMS.
- Visit Metropol website and login to get your CRB status.
- You can also choose to use the Metropol crystobol App, login and view your statement.
