Safaricom customers can get there Mpesa statement via email. You only get 12 months Mpesa statement and in case you want one that covers more months, you need to visit Safaricom shop.
Once you register for the Safaricom service, you will receive a 6 months Mpesa statement. You will then be receiving Mpesa statement every month via your email. To access your Mpesa statement you need a password which is your ID number or your passport number.
How to access the service:
- Dial *234# and select “My Mpesa Information” send
- Select Mpesa Statement then send
- Select Full statement
- Enter your ID number
- Then enter your Email address and press send
- Confirm your Email
Your Mpesa statement will be sent to your email
In case you need to change your email dial *234*2# select Mpesa statement then change you email.
